Resources

book-advertMany times we attend good, highly organized, sometimes all expenses paid conferences but leave mostly with nothing or very little to talk about. Half of the time, participants are asleep! That’s literally.
I have discovered that it is not the lack of content that explains this but actually the facilitation methods.

Sitting through endless, boring, repetitive, sleep jerking PowerPoint presentations explains why more people are leaving conferences, seminars, workshops with no or very little to write home about. Why should you let participants use your presentation time for their shopping sprees?

ChangeWaves an organisation based in Kampala, Uganda has the solution – Open Space facilitation.

Inspired by the folks at Aspiration, we hope to use open space facilitation methods to help you make your conference, workshop or seminar more interesting, engaging, and with results guaranteed. My experience is that Open Space usually creates far more lively participation, and leads to richer and wiser actions, than most conventional meeting formats. Because everyone is a learner and a teacher!

Why don’t you contact us and let’s work together to achieve the best from you event.
